We are medical office who are seeking a technical support/jr sysadmin to join our team! this is full-time position in Queens office. Responsibilities: monitor and manage support desk/operations. level 1/2 help desk support. coordinate specific it projects; copier replacements, workstations deployment, etc. provide professional, thorough, and timely user support including resolving desktop, laptop, printers, and other hardware issues, as well as issues with proprietary software applications. May be the escalation point for moderately complex technical problems. other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Windows 7/ XP, Microsoft windows server 2008/2003, Microsoft exchange 2010, experience required. excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all levels of Management. ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team. high level of organizational skills and the ability to follow-through and resolve issues. ability to consistency and accurately follow verbal or documented instructions. flexibility to work longer hours as required and to be on call.
